Summary:
Quadris provides IT services and solutions to private and public sector organisations across the UK and Europe. The business is experiencing steady sustainable growth and is looking to increase the size of the finance team. The key aspect of the role is the financial administration of the business. This includes varied aspects of our business such as book-keeping (primarily purchase ledger, sales ledger and cash book), expenses processing, and assisting with the purchasing of goods and services. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with flexibility on working hours.
Quadris finance processes include multi-currency, accrual accounting on the sales of goods and services (including subscription services). Payroll processing is outsourced.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Finance administration including, but not limited to:
Book-keeping of the accounts payable / receivable processes
Employee expense administration
Preparation of payroll data for outsourced payroll provider
Credit control administration
Working closely with employees to help resolve queries with sales orders and purchases
Maintaining and effectively communicating with our supplier accounts
Learning key procedures linked to the finance systems and, where appropriate, teaching others
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Experience of working with QuickBooks or a similar package
Book-keeping, a minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally more
Experience of working with sales / purchase ordering software
Interest in use of IT software to help make finance processes more effective
Business Administration experience

Flexible and forward thinking with a ‘can-do’/team player approach
Ability to work in peak workflow periods and on own initiative
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C/Grade 5 or above
Good standard in written English
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
Quickbooks experience
An AAT or equivalent accounting qualification
Experience of sales and purchasing and associated software systems
Microsoft Office 365 .
